Free PS Plus Games for April 2025: RoboCop, Horror, and Digimon
Sony has officially announced the new free games coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers in April 2025. After a strong March featuring titles like Dragon Age: The Veilguard and TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection, April brings a diverse lineup blending sci-fi action, asymmetric horror, and anime-style RPG adventures.
Starting April 1st, PS Plus members on PS5 and PS4 can claim the following titles:
RoboCop: Rogue City (PS5 only)
One of the best movie-based games in recent years. From the creators of Terminator: Resistance, this first-person shooter takes place between the events of RoboCop 2 and RoboCop 3, introducing a brand-new storyline starring Alex Murphy.
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game impresses with nostalgic settings, intense combat, and faithful homage to the 1987 film. A standalone expansion titled Unfinished Business is also set to arrive in summer, exclusively on PS5.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (PS5/PS4)
Fans of slasher horror will enjoy this asymmetric multiplayer title, developed by Gun Media (Friday the 13th: The Game). It offers the chance to play as survivors trying to escape or as members of Leatherface's cannibal family, staying true to the iconic horror franchise.
Its brutal and atmospheric design delivers tense, strategic gameplay in matches that demand stealth and cooperation.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory (PS4)
Perfect for anime and RPG fans, this installment follows Keisuke Amazawa, a boy wrongly accused of a crime. His journey takes him into the Digital World, where he teams up with Digimon companions to uncover the truth and survive digital battles.
Though a PS4 title, it’s fully playable on PS5 via backward compatibility, featuring turn-based combat, a deep story, and a faithful recreation of the Digimon universe.
Last Chance to Claim March Games
You still have time to download the March lineup, including Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Sonic Colours: Ultimate, until Monday, March 31st. On Tuesday, the April selection will replace them.
